Shepherd’s Run
We reserved all of the guest rooms at the inn on-site so that close friends and family can stay right at the property with us. If you would like to stay here, please use this link to book.

Fairfield Inn & Suites – South Kingstown, RI
A room block is available here, conveniently located directly across the street from the venue. The room block is held until 8/1/2026.

Book rooms by phone: Please call the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 401.284.3311 and give the code STWS for Saturday and TSWS for Sunday, along with the date of arrival.

Hampton Inn & Suites – South Kingstown, RI
Another block is available for guests who prefer an additional option. This hotel is a short drive from Shepherd’s Run and located next door to our after-party venue.

Shuttle service will run throughout the weekend so you don’t have to worry about driving, parking, or navigating the busy roads near the venue.

Saturday (Beach Day):

We strongly recommend avoiding driving to the beach, as parking will be extremely limited—or unavailable—during the holiday weekend.

We plan to offer shuttle transportation between Shepherd’s Run, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, and East Matunuck State Beach, with pickup times to be shared closer to the wedding date.

If the shuttle schedule doesn’t work for you, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft will likely be available.

Saturday Night (Welcome Party):

We will have two busses running:

• One from Shepherd’s Run

• One servicing the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn

These will bring guests to and from the welcome party. We want everyone to relax, enjoy, and celebrate safely.

Wedding Day:

Yes. We will have shuttles on the day of the wedding operating from the following locations:

Pre-ceremony

Fairfield Inn → Shepherd’s Run 
Hampton Inn → Shepherd’s Run 

End of Reception

Shuttles will first return guests who are not attending the after party to their hotels. They will then return for guests continuing on to the after party:

Shepherd’s Run → After Party
After Party → Shepherd’s Run & Fairfield Inn

Guests staying at the Hampton Inn will be within walking distance, as it is located in the same plaza as the after party venue

A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding weekend

Beach Day - Saturday Afternoon

Casual + swimwear

Welcome Party - Saturday Evening 

Summer Cocktail Attire – summer suits or blazers and dress pants encouraged, no ties necessary  

Wedding - Sunday Evening

Black Tie

Men: Black tuxedos preferred

Women: Floor-length dresses or gowns. Fun colors and interesting textures are welcome.

Our room blocks are held until August 1st. After that, rooms will be released back to the hotels and rates will likely increase.

Because it is a busy holiday weekend, we highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM

Closest airports:

• Providence (PVD) — about 40 minutes away

• Boston (BOS) — about 1.5 hours away

By train:
Take the Amtrak Northeast Regional from Philadelphia, NYC, or Boston to Kingston, RI.
From Kingston, Shepherd’s Run is about a 17-minute drive, and taxis or Ubers are available.

By car:
You may also drive directly to the venue. Parking is available at Shepherd’s Run as well as both hotels.

Although we love your little ones, the wedding day is an adults only evening. We thank you for making arrangements ahead of time.
